Only found out bout this an hour ago, so dunno if I've missed anything but seems to be fuck all else in terms of information.

The way the roman numeral 5 looks reminds me of the San Andeas font.

The V, the pattern on the V and the font of the word Five are all lifted from an older version of the 5 dollar bill apparently. Some people saying that points to Washington, some to Vegas. One thing I kinda think is a strong possibility is of it hinting towards an American Indian main character.



Boom. Getting pretty excited for this now.

On a somewhat related note, I got every GTA game eva for like a fiver on steam and am now playing through vice city for the first time.

Not a bad find man. Really wouldn't have though of that. Dunno how people have connected money to Vegas though. Sure the town is based on greed and the love of money, but the idea of an old decommissioned currency and Vegas really just doesn't click for me.

On a side note though... Your only playing Vice City for the first time NOW? Talk about finishing at the top.

Didn't have a ps2, got a GTA boxset when it came out on xbox and just couldn't get into it. Loved GTA4 and decided to grab the rest when i saw the bargain. Probably would have considered it even if it was just GTA4 and its DLC

Parts of the vid remind me of San Andreas and Vice Ctiy. Going by the way Vinewood is done like the Hollywood sign I take it this will be set in Rockstars own version in Hollywood.
